NDIS Providers

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australia wide system of providing individualised planning, funding and support to people living with disability. It’s a lifetime approach to the delivery of support services that will change over time with your individual circumstances.
We are committed to doing our best to provide you with personalised support to be more independent and achieve your goals.

Being independent is different for everyone, for some it’s getting out and about and engaging with family and friends or learning new cooking skills and for others it’s joining a club or even planning a trip away.

Enjoy a Fulfilling Life with NDIS

There is now more freedom and choice in selecting who you feel is best placed to support you in living the life you choose. The NDIS will take some time to roll out across the state. It’s important that you know when the NDIS will roll out in your area so that you are prepared and ready to develop your plan.

Our NDIS-funded supports include:

  • Daily personal activities
  • Participation in community, social, economic and daily life activities
  • Therapeutic supports
  • Help with household tasks
  • Help with aids or equipment assessment, set up and training
NDIS funding is delivered according to support categories. You may not have all the support categories funded in your plan. Some people might have one or two support categories funded and others may have more.

The four NDIS core supports categories are:

  • Assistance with daily life
  • Accessing transport
  • Accessing consumables
  • Assistance with community participation

Funding is based on what is reasonable and necessary for your needs, in addition to the support provided by family, friends and other community and government services that you need to live your life and achieve your goals.
